Significance of the Oso Parkway Extension
From its current intersection with Antonio Parkway, the extension of Oso Parkway to Coto de Caza Drive provides a time saving link to the I-5 freeway and the southeastern Orange County communities for residents of Coto de Caza. The completion of Oso Parkway by Coto de Caza Ltd. In conjunction with the County of Orange is one of the milestones in the Foothill Circulation Phasing Program. The FCPP is a cooperative road building program entered into by the County of Orange and participating FCPP Landowners.
